Standard Features
Stainless Steel Welded Construction
Our choice to build our product housing out of welded 18 gauge 316L stainless steel with a 2B finish which meets USDA standards will ensure years of durable and uninterrupted service.
4 each UVC 254 Nanometer Bulbs
Our patented serpentine air system causes the air to receive maximum exposure to the UV-C bulbs. Our Bulb system offers maximum treatment and a 4x redundancy factor
High Quality Spal™ Fans
Our system utilizes (4 each) high CFM Spal™ fans in order to achieve a high CFM, and redundancy factor
Heating module
Our system has been designed to reutilize the existing heating coil at the rear of a bus. This coil is removed from its existing housing and remounted in to our HVAC module. The existing system plumbing is simply connected to the heating coil.
Dust Filter
Our system is equipped with a standard dust filter to keep our air distribution system free of particulates.
5 Year Limited Warranty
Our system offers a full 5-year parts warranty on all operating parts.

Existing Bus Retrofit Installation
Our system has been designed to allow easy installation in equipping an existing bus.
New Bus Installation
Our system can be offered and installed within new buses before or after delivery, if the bus manufacturer is an Airkleen Certified Installer.
Redeployment
Our system has been designed for a rapid installation and future removal in order to be redeployed into a new school bus cost efficiently and effectively.
Universal Implementation
Our APU Fitment has been designed to allow maximum flexibility for the installation. Mounting location can be on the right hand(RH) or left hand(LH) side.
Accessories
AC module
Our system has been designed to utilize the existing AC compressor and condenser present on the bus. Or we can provide our own AC equipment depending on your needs. A new A/C coil is furnished and installed within our HVAC module.
